Who owns the house?

​

• For the duration of your agreement, one of our sponsoring partners will own the real estate.

Do I own any part of the real estate?

​

• For the first 3 years, you will be under a lease and your contract will give you the right of first refusal 

​

How long is the lease?

 

• We require a minimum lease of 3 years. Longer lease durations are also considered.

​

What happens at the end of my lease period?

 

• You have the choice of either renewing the lease for a 1 year minimum, terminating the lease, or purchasing the house.

​

How do I go about purchasing my dream home?

​

• Once the minimum lease period is over, you have the option
